Saturday , August 14, 2010: Freya Lodge returns from it's summer vacation and welcomes our young members who attended Camp Trollfjell in July. We'll have a dessert potluck, and be treated to stories, songs and lessons learned from our campers.

Saturday, October 2, 2010: Freya Lodge hosts it's 23rd annual Leif Erickson Viking Fest at Norway Hall from 10 AM to 3 PM. This year's fest will be our biggest and best ever with living history, Norwegian culture, our famous traditional lunch and a variety of vendors with wares from gift items to imported foods. July 29 through October 17, 2010: The Petaluma Historical Museum will host the important exhibition "A Life Under Sail – The Art of Hans Skalagard" at the historic museum, 20 Fourth Street in downtown Petaluma, CA. Hans Skalagard, a charter member Aasgaarden Lodge #6-112 and an associate member of Freya Lodge, is a world renowned maritime artist who also spent many years at sea as a merchant sailor. His evocative and historically detailed work has been internationally recognized and Hans has been named a maestro. This special exhibition is one not to be missed. September 4-6, 2010: Come one come all to the Northern California Kretsstevne at Camp Norge. All members are invited for a weekend of fellowship, friendship and fun at our district recreation center in the Sierra foothills.
